One of VAYCO LLC’s proudest achievements is the complete renovation of 19th Ave Local Laundry in Phoenix. The project began with a full demolition — removing all of the old machines and tearing down interior walls to make way for a modern, functional space.
We rebuilt the entire electrical system, water lines, and surface drains, ensuring everything met today’s performance and safety standards. From planning to completion, every step of the renovation went smoothly, on schedule, and without surprises — just the way we do things at VAYCO.
The project was completed for Nada and Steve P., who were extremely satisfied with the results. Customers have also been thrilled with the improvements — new, high-efficiency machines and a clean, fresh environment have made a huge impact.
