Olli isn’t just the founder and license holder — he’s on-site, toolbelt on, building side by side with the crew. With over 20 years of experience and a deep commitment to quality, Olli leads by example, combining management skills with real, physical work on every job. Before relocating to Arizona in 2018, Olli successfully ran his own construction company in Finland, specializing in single-family homes and renovation projects. He moved to the U.S. with his wife, six children, and 11 suitcases — and very little English. Once in Arizona, Olli worked for two different construction companies, gaining valuable insight into local building practices and codes. Eventually, he returned to entrepreneurship, combining his international experience with a deep understanding of hands-on construction work. Olli is known for his ability to see problems from multiple perspectives — a strength that clients and partners frequently praise. His goal is to make VAYCO a trusted, client-focused company that earns your confidence on every project, time and time again.
